What Is the Delivery Time?

The delivery time consists of two stages:

1. Processing Time

Your order will be reviewed, approved and packaged within 1–3 business days after it is placed. The parcel will then be prepared for shipment.

2. Delivery Time

Ireland: 5–10 business days.

All delivery estimates exclude possible customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday and New Year, deliveries may take longer.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

We offer free shipping.

Where Is My Parcel?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

You can track your order through the tracking page on our website. Click “Track My Order” in the main menu of our website.

For logistical reasons, your order may be delivered in multiple separate parcels.

My Tracking Number Is Not Working

It may take up to five business days for the tracking information to update. If your tracking information is still unavailable after several days, please contact our customer service team.
