Information on Cancellation

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire 30 days from the date:

  • on which you, or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more items in a single order and they were delivered together;

  • on which you, or a third party appointed by you other than the carrier, take possession of the final item, provided that you ordered several items in a single order and they were delivered separately.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by email at support@louisedublin.com

You may use the model cancellation form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery method offered by us. The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 30 days after we receive your cancellation notice.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until:

  • we have received the returned goods; or

  • you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods,

whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 30 days after the date on which you informed us of your decision to cancel the contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 30-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.

Exclusions and Early Expiry of the Right to Cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to contracts:

  • for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer;

  • for the supply of goods that may deteriorate rapidly or have a limited expiry date;

  • for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed when the contract was concluded, but which cannot be delivered until at least 30 days after the contract was concluded and whose value depends on market fluctuations;

  • for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right to cancel will expire early for contracts:

  • for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery;

  • for the supply of goods that, after delivery and due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods;

  • for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings and computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery.
